Make your own pony, pegasus, unicorn, or all three with this pattern!

The default pattern is for a simplified filly or chibi style pony, but also contains an alternate pattern for a smaller head. If used with the same weight of yarn in the instructions, this pattern will create a pony that is roughly seven inches tall and six inches long. The pattern also includes a materials list and finishing instructions, along with lots of pictures.

This pattern is worked both flat and in the round, it assumes you know the basics of knitting (knit, purl, increases and decreases, etc.), and contains brief explanations for less common stitches and techniques (such as w&t for short-rows).

Needles you will need:
US No. 6 – 4mm knitting needles
US No. 6 – 4mm set of double pointed needles

Stitches used:
k, k2tog, kfb, m1l, m1r, p, ssk, w&t (short-rows)
